Unless you've been living under a rock or with the Amish people you'll most likely know that Avatar was one of the biggest blockbuster hits of all time. Directed by James Cameron himself, Avatar is a movie about an alien race of blue tribal warriors, their incredibly beautiful rainforest home planet of Pandora, and the effect a human invasion has on their population and ecosystem. It was shown in 3D in select theaters everywhere and was very well received. I even gave the film my personal vote for best movie ever made. There probably aren't too many people who would disagree with me, either. It should come as no surprise then that Jame's Cameron's Avatar is now the best selling of DVD all time. In the first four days since its release Avatar has sold over 4 million DVDs which puts in leaps and bounds above the critically acclaimed and previous champion Titanic. Both films were directed by James Cameron.
